Part-Time Accounts Assistant
Location: Laindon, Essex
Hours: 3 days per week (24 hours, Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am – 5:00pm)
Salary: £30,000 FTE (£18,000 pro rata)
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a small, well-established business based in Laindon. This is a part-time, shared role suited to an organised and proactive accounts professional looking for a flexible position within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day accounts using Sage 50
* Supporting general finance administration and office duties
* Assisting with routine accounting tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You
* Previous experience in a varied, all-round accounts role
* Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
* Excellent communication skills
* A flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Additional Information
* 24 hours per week across 3 days (Monday to Wednesday)
* Flexibility required to provide holiday and sickness cover
