As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering the kind of digital performance that turns effort into results. That means managing our Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliate channels – but also connecting the dots across teams to keep our trade and campaign plans moving in rhythm, with precision.

The Role:


This is a hands-on role, focused on growing digital performance through smart planning, precise execution and clear collaboration. Working closely with our agency partners, you'll lead the optimisation of our core acquisition channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Media Partners and Affiliates) to ensure every campaign delivers. Just as importantly, you'll take the lead in managing and maintaining our marketing calendar and work cross-functionally to align product drops, peak moments and commercial priorities into cohesive, results-driven campaigns.


It’s a role that requires both a sharp eye for numbers and a collaborative spirit – ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic input with executional impact.


Areas of Responsibility:


Performance Marketing

* Manage day-to-day campaign activity across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates as well as some of our more unique partnerships with the likes of Strava and other sports marketing channels.
* Partner with our PPC, Paid Social and Affiliate agencies to brief activity, challenge performance and drive continuous optimisation.
* Analyse data to spot trends, refine strategies and maximise ROAS and customer acquisition.


Campaign Planning & Coordination

* Be the point person for the master trade and marketing calendar across Ecommerce and Brand.
* Coordinate digital activity around product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions and brand moments. You'll achieve this through close collaboration with Product, Merchandising, Brand Marketing and Creative teams to align timelines, priorities and campaign assets.
* Ensure campaign execution is joined-up, on time and performance-focused across all digital channels.


Reporting & Analysis

* Monitor weekly and monthly performance across channels and campaigns.
* Build and share reports that track traffic, spend, ROAS and CAC, with clear insights and next steps.
* Support budget tracking and forecasting across key digital channels.


Growth & Innovation

* Stay across the latest trends in digital marketing and ecommerce performance.
* Identify new opportunities for optimisation, testing or channel development.
* Feed insight into our broader Ecommerce and Brand strategy.


What You’ll Bring

* 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within ecommerce, retail or performance-driven environments. Bonus points if you know your bibs from your base layers – but cycling knowledge isn’t essential.
* Proven experience managing PPC, Paid Social and Affiliates, ideally in partnership with external agencies.
* Comfortable navigating tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, affiliate platforms and Google Analytics.
* Confident briefing and managing campaigns across cross-functional teams.
* Commercially-minded with a solid understanding of ecommerce KPIs like ROAS, CAC and LTV.
* A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes a "one business" approach.
* A natural planner who thrives on pace, structure and clarity.
* A self-starter with strong communication skills and an eye for both creative and data.
