We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Liquid Personnel (part of Acacium Group) in Manchester. The role is permanent, full time, and hybrid.
Job Overview
In this position you will improve people’s lives by recruiting outstanding healthcare and social work talent for our clients. You will work in a high‑performing, award‑winning team, leveraging your expertise in 360 recruitment to provide exceptional service to both candidates and clients.
Responsibilities
* Adhere to and implement the candidate strategy for your specialism and region, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and onboarding candidates.
* Provide excellent customer service by matching the roles to candidate strengths and client requirements.
* Promote Liquid Personnel’s services to clients—targeting new, lapsed and current accounts through cold calls, spec calls and networking to secure vacancies and make placements to meet targets.
* Account‑manage clients to build strong relationships that generate repeat and exclusive business opportunities.
* Mitigate commercial risk through effective interaction with managed/neutral vendors.
* Conduct client service reviews.
