The Role:
Supporting teachers across KS1 and KS2 classes
Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed
Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation
Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant classroom experience
Availability for at least 3 days per week
Own transport is desirable, as it increases the number of schools you can work at
A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning
