We are seeking 2X Maintenance Operatives:
1. 1 – Merseyside
2. 1 – Central England (Gloucester/Bristol/Hereford)

What You’ll Be Doing
10. Maintain properties to a high, compliant standard in line with health & safety regulations
11. Carry out general maintenance and repairs across building fabric and fixtures
12. Install and refurbish kitchens and bathrooms
13. Complete basic plumbing and minor electrical works
14. Maintain external areas including grounds and fencing
15. Conduct fire safety and security checks
16. Support site operations, deliveries, and removals
17. Liaise with and oversee contractors
18. Provide responsive reactive maintenance, including participation in an on-call rota
Administration & Compliance
19. Maintain accurate records and documentation
20. Adhere to company policies and all relevant legislation, including health & safety and data protection
Who You Are
21. Full UK driving licence
22. Qualified or experienced in a relevant trade (e.g. Plumbing, Joinery, Legionella, Asbestos Awareness)
23. Skilled in general maintenance with a proactive, hands-on approach
24. Able to work independently, manage workload, and adapt to changing priorities
25. Strong understanding of health & safety practices
26. Reliable team player with good communication skills
27. Committed to high standards and upholding company values
