Hourly Rate: 13 -15ph

Hours: Part-time up to 20 hoursper week (tbc/flexible hours)
We are currentlyworking with a leading local business who are currently starting aperiod of expansion. The current owner is re-investing heavily anddue to his workload, he is looking for a part-time PersonalAssistant / PA to work in a broad and challengingrole.
Using your previous PA experience andexcellent interpersonal skills you will work closely with the MD tohelp realise his business strategy.
YourDuties:
- Act as the primary point of contactfor the Director during his absence and busy periods
-Manage communications with important partners and stakeholders, tohelp maintain professional relationships
- Overlookingthe creation and maintenance of documents, ensuring adherence tolegal standards, budgets and reports
- Prioritising thedirector's schedule, diary, appointments, meetings and otherrelevant events
The IdealCandidate:
- Excellent attention to detail andorganisational skills
- Previous experience within thereal estate/professional services environment isdesirable
- Ability to maintain professionalrelationships
