As a Business Support Officer in the Residential Children's Home Service you’ll be as keen to collaborate and build a bright future as we are. You will: provide support to the Home’s Manager and the Business Support Assistant Manager to maintain management information for the Head of Service be a go-to person for help and support in administration and finance processes in a busy and fast changing environment provide administrative support to the Children’s Home operational team have a good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and financial processes to be able to manage your own time and workload to meet challenging deadlines have good communication and IT skills, with an ability to contribute to a team approach have the ability to work confidently under your own initiative and work independently to resolve a range of issues have a keen eye for detail and show accuracy be able to contribute to improving systems both in the Home and across the service.
