We're growing fast, and we’re looking for an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic Marketing Project Coordinator to help keep our exciting projects running smoothly. If you’re early in your career and love working across teams, managing timelines, and getting things done, this role could be for you
The Role
* Supporting the marketing and product teams with project coordination and administrative tasks
* Keeping timelines and project trackers updated to ensure everyone stays on schedule
* Organising meetings, taking notes, and following up on action point
* Liaising with stakeholders across departments and regions to keep projects moving
* Helping prepare key documentation, presentations, and packaging information
* Managing file storage, approvals, and general admin across multiple projects
About you
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, marketing, admin, or project support role (ideally within FMCG, retail, or similar fast-paced industries)
* A highly organised approach with excellent attention to detail
* A team player who can communicate confidently and build relationships with stakeholders
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
* Strong IT skills – especially in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
You’ll work with some of the most iconic brands in the industry and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative team environment. This role offers great exposure to marketing, product development, and project management processes - a fantastic springboard for someone keen to grow their career.
