Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Contracts Manager with proven experience in new build, residential and refurbishment projects to oversee commercial and contractual delivery across a diverse portfolio. The business delivering these schemes takes pride in providing a comprehensive service from design & build through to traditional construction delivery.
Role Overview
Lead contractual processes and commercial governance across multiple live projects
Manage subcontract procurement and contract administration
Identify and mitigate contractual risks and maintain strong client relationships
Oversee project cost control, claims and programme interface Candidate Requirements
Extensive experience managing contracts on residential and refurbishment schemes
Excellent negotiation, commercial and stakeholder skills
Strong leadership capabilities and a commercial mindset Benefits
