Location: Middlesbrough Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (paid weekly) Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Candidates would be required to work in the Middlesbrough office at least 4 days per week but then can work a day at home (if they wish). We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join a well-established and fast-paced business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience in customer service and order processing. The Role You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and enquiries are handled efficiently. Key responsibilities: Receiving and reviewing customer orders accurately, typically within 24 hours Acting as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and order updates via email and telephone (including liaising with US branches) Supporting commercial, technical, manufacturing, and supply chain teams Billing, material price entry, and creation of debit notes Purchasing raw materials, packaging, and transport Requirements Proficiency in SAP, particularly SD modules - A minimum of two years experience is ESSENTIAL Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Understanding of logistics/transport (desirable) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively within a diverse team Why Work for TBC?
