We are seeking a full time enthusiastic and motivated Service Support Officer to join our supportive and caring Adult Safeguarding Team on a fixed term contract (or internal secondment) for up to 12 months. Our service has adopted a hybrid working approach, offering a combination of home and office working to meet business needs. You will receive an induction and have access to training opportunities to develop your career.
Responsibilities
* Processing safeguarding referrals using our online portal
* Updating data spreadsheets
* Sending out notifications
* Setting up meetings
* Answering the phone as the first point of contact for professionals and providers
* Taking minutes at team meetings and other necessary meetings
