Youll be part of a close-knit engineering team that supports continuous improvement, drives equipment reliability, and contributes to a safe and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on a range of manufacturing machinery and systems.
* Diagnose and repair bothmechanical and electrical faultsin a timely manner to minimise downtime.
* Support process improvements and reliability projects across the site.
* Work collaboratively with production and technical teams to achieve performance targets.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records through the sites CMMS system.
* Uphold stricthealth, safety, and environmental standardsat all times.
About You
* Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in engineering (minimumNVQ Level 3 / HNC / ONC).
* Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer in amanufacturing or FMCGenvironment.
* Strong fault-finding skills across both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
* Experience withPLC-controlled machinery, drives, and automated systems(advantageous).
* Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
* A positive attitude towards continuous improvement and safe working practices.
