We're looking for an experienced Receptionist to work with us on a full or part time basis in our Antrim Road based hotel.
The successful candidate must have a confident, friendly personality when dealing with guests. They will be responsible for operating the reception area in an organised and welcoming style. Being able to anticipate our guest's needs, multi-tasking and efficiency are three of the most important qualities our hotel reception team members should have.

Essential Criteria:
* 1 years' experience in a similar environment
* 1 years experience using hotel and/or restaurant booking systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask in busy customer facing environment.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Flexibility to work shift patterns to meet the needs of the business.
* Excellent time keeping.
Candidates should only apply if they have good availability over a 7 day week including weekends and evenings as well as mornings and evenings. Shifts are typically either 8am-4pm or 3pm-11pm.
Desirable Criteria:
* 1-2 years' experience in hotel reception or restaurant bookings.
