Overview
As Key Account Manager at TVH, you play a vital role in supporting the growth and retention of major client accounts. The role requires understanding client needs, and actively contributing to sales growth through relationship-building and solution-oriented support.
Responsibilities
* Support planning and execution of sales strategies for key accounts. Help identify client goals and assist in aligning solutions to meet their business objectives.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular engagement and proactive communication. Act as a first point of contact for client inquiries and resolve routine issues effectively.
* Prepare for and participate in client meetings, leveraging standard materials to assess client interests and provide relevant product information.
* Implement contact plans for product launches and sales initiatives. Engage with prospective clients through campaigns, trade shows, and referrals.
* Perform and monitor the use of the CRM systems for accuracy and compliance. Address standard issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
* Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Seek approvals where required.
* Participate in training, coaching, and development activities. Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and professional standards.
Your profile / Qualifications
* At least 3 years experience managing (large) accounts, preferably in an in industrial sector. Experience in the MEWP business is an absolute plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Flexible to travel as you cover the whole of the UK and Ireland.
