The Opportunity:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Director or ambitious Senior Associate to join a respected Private Wealth team based in the Thames Valley.

You'll handle a varied and interesting caseload, advising on tax, trusts, estate planning, and related matters for private clients, business owners, and trustees. This is an excellent chance to take on a senior position within a growing department and contribute to its continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a broad caseload of private client matters, including:
o Wills and succession planning
o Trust creation, management, and administration
o Probate and estate administration
o Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
o UK tax and estate planning for individuals and families
* Delivering clear and commercially sound advice to clients while ensuring exceptional client care.
* Contributing to team development through supervision and mentoring where appropriate.
* Participating in business development, networking, and marketing initiatives, including writing thought leadership pieces and attending client events.
* Ensuring all matters are progressed efficiently, with clients regularly updated on costs and timescales.
