About The Role
As a Senior Digital PR Executive at Glass Atlas, you will manage and develop strategic PR campaigns for both B2C & B2B brands, securing high‑value links in top‑tier media. Your work will help amplify client brands, drive organic performance and strengthen digital authority. You’ll own parts of client strategy, manage tactical outreach, build relationships with key journalists, and act with creativity and initiative while staying ahead of the evolving media landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Devise, lead and execute digital PR strategies that deliver measurable impact.
* Build and nurture relationships with journalists and media outlets.
* Lead and contribute to ideation sessions for client outreach campaigns.
* Produce high‑standard, quality press materials: press releases, pitch emails and media commentary, etc.
* Monitor trends and competitors to spot opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with SEO, content and performance marketing teams to align PR output with broader digital strategy and client objectives.
* Report on campaign performance coverage, link metrics, KPIs and use insights to refine future work.
* Support and mentor more junior members of the team, contributing to internal learning and process improvements.
* Lead in client meetings, helping explain strategy, show progress and present results.
Core Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling.
* Highly organised and proactive thinker.
* Understanding of the UK media landscape and existing journalist relationships.
* Responds well to constructive feedback.
* Emphasises career development, working towards individual goals, training, upskilling and keeping up‑to‑date with industry developments—especially when it comes to selling back results and the value of earned media.
* Understanding of AI and prior experience using tools such as Chat GPT and Gemini.
Desired Experience
* 2–3 years experience working in digital PR at an agency.
* Managed your own digital PR accounts previously.
* Reported results to stakeholders on a monthly and/or quarterly basis.
* Managed the full delivery of digital PR campaigns from ideation through to outreach.
* Developed and maintained strong relationships with top‑tier journalists.
* Used outreach tools and media databases such as Buzzstream and Roxhill.
* Collaborated with stakeholders and other departments on delivery of key assets.
* Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush or Moz.
* Experience in regular client communications through email, calls and F2F meetings.
* Handle multiple projects simultaneously and activate reactive media requests quickly and efficiently.
