This key role involves providing personalised 1:1 support to students with additional needs, focusing on learning, emotional regulation, and social development. You’ll work closely with the pastoral and teaching teams to help ensure every student receives the support they need to thrive. Experience working with SEND, particularly Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and SEMH, will be highly valued. This is a long-term role with excellent potential for progression or permanent placement, supporting students primarily in Key Stages 3 and 4 within a collaborative and nurturing environment.
