We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated Vision Rehabilitation Specialist to undertake strength-based assessment and to provide expertise to residents of Cornwall, Occupational Therapy assistance and other social care professionals.

As part of your role you'll focus on preventing, reducing and delaying the need for care and support; providing advice, information, rehabilitation, equipment and adaptation to promote wellbeing and independence. Your key role will be to ensure that residents, families and communities have the right support in place at the right time.

Working Pattern:

We presently have one vacancy 37 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm

Flexible working patter is an option.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to hold a professional qualification recognised by the Rehabilitation Workers Professional Network (RWPN)

You will also need to be registered or willing to register with RWPN prior to commencing employment.

This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies. (*Delete if N/A
