Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Servicing and maintaining fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, gates, and barriers
- Conducting routine inspections and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Diagnosing and repairing faults with efficiency and precision
- Providing technical support to clients and colleagues
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
- Staying up to date with the latest technologies and standards
- Participating in the emergency on‑call rota
- Traveling to support clients nationwide
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fire and security systems
- Strong knowledge of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, gates, and barriers
- Electrical/electronic engineering qualifications
- FIA or BAFE certification (preferred)
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive attitude
Desired Skills
- Experience with GENT Fire systems
- Fault‑finding skills for gates and barriers
- IPAF and ECS certifications

Security Clearance Requirements
- British Nationals or Dual Nationals (with UK residency rights obtained before 31 December 2020)
- Must have lived in the UK for at least 5 of the last 10 years to meet Security Check (SC) clearance requirements under BPSS, NSV, and BS7858 standards
