Salary: Up to £40,324 (possibility for additional incentive payment, see details below)
Hours: 35 per week (part‑time may also be considered)

The Exciting Role
A new opportunity has become available for a Maths Lecturer. We seek an enthusiastic, inspiring teacher who can make complex concepts accessible and engaging, and help students unlock their potential in mathematics.
What You Will Be Doing
* Involved in every aspect of course planning, including developing schemes of work, lesson plans and teaching resources.
* Build strong relationships with learners and contribute to improving student retention, attendance and success rates.
* Play a key role in shaping the curriculum to meet students’ needs.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience teaching maths within a Further Education, Apprenticeship or Secondary setting.
* Teaching qualification.
* Degree in Maths or an associated subject, or an alternative degree with A Level Maths.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Passion for the subject and ability to inspire and motivate.
* Highly organised and conscientious approach.
