Ideally we would like the successful applicant to start as soon as possible
Although no formal qualifications are required the candidate must work well with young children, have good spoken English, provide suitable references and be prepared to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
Days required: Mondays, Tuesdays Wednesday and Fridays - TERM TIME ONLY
You will also be required to attend in house compulsory training on a Thursday, though this will probably only be around 1 Thursday in every term (i.e no more than 3 Thursdays in every school year)
Working Hours: 11:00am – 1:00pm (However there may be the opportunity to work additional hours if cover is required for staff off sick, on courses etc...)
Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour
* To supervise and practise good hygiene to the children during lunchtime
* To set up tables and lay out lunchboxes at the beginning of lunch and clean/clear away tables at the end of lunch period
* To attend any statutory courses required
* To advise pre-school leader of any concerns E.g. over children/parents and safety of equipment, whilst preserving confidentiality as necessary.
* To keep completely confidential any information regarding the children, their families or other staff that has been gained during the course of employment.
* To implement all pre-school policies and procedures.
* To help out at Sports Day, School picnic and Nativity Play.
* To undertake any other duties as reasonably required.
