As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need additional help.
* Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
* Encourage pupil participation and confidence through tailored support.
* Help monitor and record students’ progress in collaboration with teaching staff.
Requirements for Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working with children in a school or similar educational setting.
* A patient, flexible, and supportive nature.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any employment gaps.
