Commutable from : Basingstoke, Newbury, Wokingham, Hook and Whitchurch
GBP57,000 + Overtime (paid up to 2x the normal rate)

Our client is a leading processor, with a reputation for product quality, which is second to none, and industry:leading standards. Due to a recent investment in the site, new production machinery installations, they are looking to increase their output and bring onboard additional maintenance engineers to their team.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Electrical and mechanical maintenance, PPMs, and repairs
* Working on a variety of high:speed production machinery, conveyors, automation and controls, plant machinery and robotics
* Part of a close:knit, skilled team that is growing and developing
* An exciting challenge for someone that is looking to help develop the existing engineering function
* Dealing with motors, drives, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, gearboxes
* Assisting with developing new PPMs, helping with the new asset care management systems
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Be comfortable with working on mechanical or electrical problems and faults within a manufacturing environment
* Qualified to City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Engineering
* Ideally have 18th Edition qualification
* A clear passion for engineering with a desire to learn and grow in the role
