* Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) plenty of overtime available on site.

Responsibilities:
* Carpentry - Door hanging
* Basic electrical - lamp/ballast changes
* Assembling furniture
* Basic Plumbing
* Drainage & flushing
* Fire alarm/door testing
* Grouting & Plastering
* Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements:
* Experience as a building services fabricengineer/handyperson in a commercial setting
* Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ Painting & Decorating preferred
