About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Business lessons that engage, challenge, and inspire students to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will:

* Demonstrate strong subject and curriculum knowledge
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
* Use assessment effectively to drive progress

* Uphold high standards of behaviour and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
* A degree in Business or a related subject
* Qualified Teacher Status (or working towards it)
* A reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for teaching and learning
* The ability to motivate, challenge, and support students of all abilities
