An established privately owned house builder with a good local reputation are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to manage quality new build housing development in Coseley,West Midlands.The role:As an Assistant Site Manager you will assist the Site Manager in running the development. You will help manage the large project within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.On a daily basis you will help carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be partly responsible for health and safety on site. This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will help control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors.
