GSL Education are currently hiring a motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Dinnington. As a Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning and build confidence both academically and socially. Core Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN. Assist teachers in delivering differentiated lessons. Support pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development. Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies. Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff. Requirements of SEN TA: Experience working with children or young people with SEN. Patient, empathetic, and supportive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
