Job description: What You'll Do: Take ownership of partner payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Manage partner capital processes, including reconciliations and bank relationships Prepare annual partner statements and support financial statement audits Collaborate with HR and Tax teams to maintain up-to-date partner information Provide remuneration illustrations and support partner recruitment Deliver monthly reporting on partner metrics and key changes Drive process improvements and ensure compliance across partnership finance Required profile: Who We're Looking For: Qualified accountant with partnership finance experience Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in managing workloads Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills Confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing changing priorities Strong IT skills, especially in Excel and other MS Office applications What we offer: Why Choose Us?
