Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Net Revenue Manager within the UK Commercial Team. The role is responsible for building the strategy, plans, and delivery of key strategic Net Revenue projects for the UK commercial business. Working alongside the Global RGM function, this role is targeted with improving the profitability of our UK business across the pillars of Mix, Price and Volume. The role will also support building improved NRM capability across the Commercial team.
Main Responsibility
Reporting to the Commercial Director and sitting in the Commercial Leadership team, you will facilitate and deliver the Net Revenue Management and pricing agenda for our UK business. Ultimately responsible for driving NRM execution and ownership of our headline price and financial targets.
The role will align with our finance team to support the development and execution of suggested consumer and pricing plans, across all channels of trade. You will also identify, support, and drive the execution of insights into commercial action with channel heads and customer leads. The role will target value from: customer cost pricing, channel pricing harmonisation, M&E, promotional plans and trade spend/terms optimisation. Reviewing trends and competitive activity throughout the year to identify additional suggested pricing opportunities or risks.
The role will implement and lead our UK pricing agenda and related NRM processes efficiently, in order for the business to optimise profit margins and deliver annual budget targets.

Our ideal candidate will be a very capable and commercially astute individual who has a rare mix of financial acumen, market understanding and customer centricity.
An ability to understand both internal and external P&L's, across our portfolio will be key. The candidate will also have the aptitude to spot opportunities to drive value creation for both parties through net revenue levers across pricing, investment, promotions and mix.
Ideally we are seeking a proven operator with a strong commercial background, good analytical skills and a grasp of financial and market data sets. They will have the ability to work across multi-functional stakeholder groups, understand complex challenges and offer understandable and implementable solutions.
As a member of our UK Commercial Leadership Team, the successful candidate will also be comfortable around higher management, and a strong communicator and influencer.
