Commercial Administrator (Quotes & Contracts)
Location: ChichesterJob Type: Full-time 3 months fixed term contract
Hours - 9am-5pm
Salary: starting from £26,500
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our team and support our commercial and operational activities.
The Role
This is a varied and important role where you will support the preparation of quotations, management of service contracts, and day-to-day commercial administration.
You will be working closely with internal teams and clients, so strong communication skills and attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and issuing quotations accurately and within deadlines
* Managing and maintaining service contracts and related documentation
* Updating and maintaining customer and contract records within the CRM system
* Logging client interactions, quotations, and updates on the CRM
* Handling client enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
* Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
* Assisting with pricing, costings, and commercial information
* Keeping records and systems up to date and organised
* Supporting contract renewals and amendments
* Monitoring deadlines and helping ensure contractual requirements are met
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or similar role
* Self-starter
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
* Experience working with quotations, contracts, or similar processes (desirable)
* Experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) is an advantage
* Able to manage and update data accurately
