Job Description:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Early Year's Teacher to join our team in Uxbridge. As an Early Year's Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.
Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote the intellectual and social development of children
* Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
* Monitor and assess student progress
* Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support the overall development of children
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies
Required Qualifications:
* Passion for Teaching
* Enhanced DBS Certificate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Previous Experience in Education
Knowledge and Skills:
* Proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training in Early Years Education
* Experience working with children with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
This role involves working with young children in an educational setting. The successful candidate will be required to work full-time hours on a contract basis. A passion for teaching and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment are essential for this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
