As the media agency partner to some of the world’s most culturally iconic names in beauty, we’re looking for a Planning Director to lead campaign strategy for Coty’s luxury fragrance and skincare division, working on brands such as Hugo Boss, Davidoff, Lancaster and Oveda.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a role on a high-profile portfolio, owning the strategic direction and delivery of campaigns that span across media touchpoints and markets. You’ll have a brilliant team and bring together the very best thinking from across the agency, while nurturing strong client relationships and pushing the work forward.
The role
You’ll be the strategic and operational lead for a team of planners, delivering integrated campaigns across Coty’s luxury brands. Working alongside a Business Director and Managing Partner, you’ll help shape annual brand strategies, oversee campaign rollout, and ensure Coty’s ambitions are met with smart, inspiring media thinking.
As a senior point of contact for clients and internal teams, you’ll build trust, challenge thinking, and ensure the work is both creative and commercially sound.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading day-to-day planning for Coty’s luxury fragrance brands
* Developing bold, insight-led media strategies across all channels
* Overseeing campaign planning, forecasting, and creative media solutions
* Managing a small, high-performing team of planners and executives
* Presenting work with clarity, conviction and a strong grasp of Coty’s brand values
* Collaborating with cross-agency partners, creative agencies and global Coty teams
* Ensuring ideas are executed flawlessly and delivering strong return on investment
* Contributing to a team culture of creativity, positivity, and continual growth
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in media planning at a senior level, ideally with luxury, fashion or lifestyle brands
* Strong leadership skills—you’ll be managing a team and guiding client relationships
* A strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out and shape annual plans, as well as zoom in to spot the details
* Confident presenting, influencing, and pushing great ideas forward
* Passion for creative, culturally relevant media and a keen eye for emerging trends
* Experience working with both offline and digital channels
* Someone proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware
