Overview
Account Manager, UK Market at Xometry. Location: remote with occasional international travel (Lyon, France and Germany). Reports to: Sales Leader.
Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) powers industries by connecting people with ideas to manufacturers who can bring them to life. This role supports growth and company development in the France market.
Responsibilities
* Work with incoming warm leads, support them, and develop relationships.
* Acquire new customers.
* Develop the opportunity pipeline in a specific industry and/or geography.
* Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to order receipt and ensure a flow of repetitive orders.
* Maintain customer contact at all stages and serve as the primary point of contact.
* Regular and timely reflection of the sales process in the CRM system.
Goals and Environment
* Develop repetitive and stable sales in specific industries/geography by contacting market leaders and other players in industries such as machine building, robotics, automotive electronics, etc., applying best practices in sales and account management.
* Support company development with process improvement suggestions, new ideas, and innovation proposals.
* Achieve individual sales targets with assigned pools of English-speaking customers.
Successful candidate
* Enjoys sales activities and supports customers with a strong customer focus.
* Demonstrated sales success in industries such as rapid prototyping, engineering, robotics, automation, and 3D printing.
* IT and digitalisation minded, willing to use modern technologies and software.
* Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, and injection molding is advantageous.
* Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment.
* English: full professional proficiency.
