Maths Teacher
* Location: Sussex
* Pay Rate: £168 - £200+ per day
* Job Type: Daily Supply or Long Term Supply
Reed Education are seeking Maths Teacher available to start immediately for both long-term and short-term positions. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in teaching the Maths curriculum in UK schools and is adept at planning and marking.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
* Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes student well-being and learning.
* Participate in staff meetings, parent evenings, and school events as required.
* Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the curriculum and learning experience for students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Hold a valid teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or QTLS.
* Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3 & KS4).
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Must hold a current DBS check or be prepared to apply for a new one.
