We're looking for a
Business Development Manager
to join our team and help shape the future of our company. In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Driving business growth and delivering operational excellence.
* Identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities and commercial partnerships with law firms and insurers.
* Negotiating and securing commercial terms with new clients to increase profitability.
* Managing and nurturing new and existing client relationships while ensuring their needs are met.
* Collaborating closely with internal teams including Operations, Quality Management, Accounts, and Supplier Services.
* Supporting strategic business analysis and providing insights to improve performance.
* Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and awards.
* Contributing to marketing efforts, including website and LinkedIn content.
* Ensuring compliance with data protection and quality management standards (ISO9001:2015).
* Taking on additional responsibilities to support business needs as required.
About You:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the Medico-Legal industry.
* Strong understanding of the Medico-Legal market including claims and rehabilitation processes.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong commercial focus.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
* Comfortable attending industry events and representing the brand externally.
* A passion for growing businesses and delivering value to clients.
* Experience of working with CRM and/or other Sales Platforms.
