* Support pupils with Autism (ASC), communication needs, and moderate to complex learning difficulties
* Help students engage positively with learning and feel secure in their environment
* Work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to deliver personalised support
* Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and independence
* Support social development and communication skills
* Assist with personal care where required, maintaining dignity and respect
* Has experience supporting children or young people with SEN or complex needs (education or care settings)
* Is confident supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour
* Brings a calm, patient, and nurturing approach
* Builds strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Is flexible and willing to support personal care when needed
