Conveyancing & probate solicitor

We are working with a dynamic general practice based in Ballymena who are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their Private Client team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a collaborative and passionate team, advising on a variety of private client matters, including conveyancing, wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, and trusts and tax planning. The candidate’s work will also include advising on residential sales/purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and EPAs.

The candidate will engage in private client-related responsibilities to support individuals and families, including liaising with third party providers and drafting and reviewing legal documents. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria:

• 5+ PQE;
• Strong background in wills, trusts, and estate planning;
• Strong academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
