ACR are currently working alongside a well-established Brickwork Specialist Contractor who are looking to add an experienced Contracts Manager to their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and growing subcontractor delivering high-quality brickwork packages across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout London.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple brickwork projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will be based out of the company’s head office in Billericay, with regular travel to sites across London.
Key Responsibilities

Managing multiple brickwork packages across various London sites.
*
Overseeing Project Managers and Site Managers.
*
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
*
Managing client relationships and attending progress meetings.
*
Reviewing and negotiating contracts and sub-contract agreements.
*
Monitoring health & safety compliance across all sites.
*
Commercial oversight in collaboration with the commercial team.
*
Resolving technical and operational issues.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within brickwork or masonry subcontracting.
*
Strong knowledge of brickwork packages on large-scale residential or commercial schemes.
*
Excellent commercial awareness.
*
Strong leadership and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred).
*
Full UK driving licence.
