What you'll be doing: As the Lead Project Manager, you'll be responsible for organising, leading, coordinating, and controlling all activities related to the construction of complex electrical projects across the UK. Your role will include: Leading the conceptual development, scheduling, and implementation of engineering construction projects. Acting as the primary point of contact for the client-building strong, long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience. Managing and motivating teams to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards. Driving performance across key stages of the project: Project Start-Up - mobilisation, planning, stakeholder engagement Project Running - day-to-day management, progress tracking, HSEQ adherence Project Completion - final delivery, handover, reporting, and client sign-off Ensuring that all project activities exceed environmental, health and safety standards. What we're looking for: Proven experience in leading large-scale engineering or electrical infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and scheduling tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. A track record of delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Flexibility to travel across the UK as needed.
