We're looking for a detail-driven and proactive Administrator to support our busy Payments Team. If you enjoy working with numbers, love a well-organised spreadsheet, and thrive in a supportive office environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
You'll play a key part in keeping our supplier payments running smoothly while also helping manage incoming queries from members across the UK. No two days are the same — and your contribution will make a real difference.
What You'll Be Doing
Recording supplier payments using our in-house systems
Liaising with suppliers and responding to member enquiries
Managing calls, emails, and support tickets
Working extensively with Excel to maintain accurate records
Checking bank balances to ensure payments can be released
Providing general office administrative support
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who are:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using Excel and other IT systems
* Able to prioritise and manage their workload effectively
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders
The Details
* Part-time (22.5 hours), office-based role
* Wednesday to Friday working pattern
* Based in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent
* 6-month temporary contract with potential to extend
* Salary dependent on experience
