Main responsibilities:
* Ensuring high standards of Teaching, Learning and Assessment.
* Ensuring excellent outcomes for students.
* Ensuring high standards in Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare
* Leadership and Management within your role
You will need:
* Experience in Teaching Key Stage 4 & 5.
* QTS
* Good Honors Degree
* Excellent Teamwork and communication skills
* Expereince of raising student attainment
