Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily running of the bakery and deli, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and freshness.
* Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
* Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation.
* Prepare staff rotas and manage attendance and absence cover.
* Monitor sales performance, control costs, and work towards achieving sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
