* Work with customers and vendors, track action points, and help maintain SLAs.
* Assist managers with administration and support recruitment initiatives.
* Motivate the team and contribute to project success.
* What Were Looking For:
* Knowledge of mobile network architecture and 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies.
* Experience in multivendor environments.
* Strong administration and MS Office skills.
* Customer-focused with a proactive mindset.
* Experience in supporting project budgets and documentation.
* Desirable:
* Strong communication and technical writing skills.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence and gain support.
* IT literate, with management or people development training a plus.
