We are currently partnered with a well-established chartered accountancy based in Oxfordshire who are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Leading and managing a team of 3
Processing of high volume, multi-frequency client payrolls
Supporting with the implementation of the new payroll system
Identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes as necessary
Build and maintain excellent relationships with the portfolio of clients
Ongoing training, development and support of the payroll team
Candidates must have managerial experience within a bureau or accountancy setting to be considered.
