Position: Registered Nurse Days or Nights
Location: Tetbury, Gloucestershire
Salary: Starting from £22.50 per hour
Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week (on a rota basis)

Duties will include:
* Working under the guidance of an experienced and well-respected manager
* Delivering high standards of care to mainly elderly service users with a range of general nursing needs
* Creating and working with person-centred-care plans
* Accurately and thoroughly maintaining service users records
* Administering medication
* Monitoring and assessing the needs of the service users
* Lead a team of carers who are working under your guidance
* Liaising with outside professionals
You must:
* Be nurse qualified (ideally RGN or RMN qualified)
* Have strong clinical skills
* Have a clean DBS and good references
* Be aware of the core care standards required to work within a nursing home setting
* Ideally experienced within a nursing home background
* Have exceptional standards and a willingness to put the care of the residents at the forefront of everything that is done
* Have a professional attitude to your work
* Reliable, committed to your nursing and able to evidence strong personal standards
* Experience of caring people with dementia
