The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join a talented kitchen brigade that prides itself on creativity, consistency, and excellence. You’ll prepare and present dishes to 2 AA Rosette standard while enjoying a 4 days on / 3 days off rota for excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes to exacting 2 AA Rosette standards within your section.
Support the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Maintain exemplary hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices.
Mentor and guide junior chefs, sharing skills and techniques.
Contribute to seasonal menu and specials development.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management.
About You
Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and creative presentation.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
What’s on Offer
£32,000 – £34,000 salary plus approx. £350 per month in service charge.
