Overview
Highfields Primary Academy are looking to appoint a Teaching Care Assistant to join our academy in November 2025 on a temporary, part time basis until August 2026.
Your new role
As a Teaching / Care Assistant, you will provide one to one personal support for pupils with additional needs. You will provide special educational and/or medical support to ensure their successful engagement with and access to learning. You will need to maintain professional records and appropriate notes in relation to the individual pupil.

Salary and contract
Salary Grade C Points 4 to 6 (£25,185.00 to £25,989.00 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £16,171.53. This is a temporary, part-time role until August 2026.
