£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, including a car allowance and monthly uncapped commission

Who we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in a 360-recruitment role, ideally within Construction
* A track record of achieving targets and building strong client relationships
* Driven, proactive, and confident in managing your own workload
* Thrives in a busy, competitive environment
What you’ll be doing:
* Generating new business through B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
* Negotiating fees and terms to maximise your commercial success
* Managing and growing client accounts and their go-to recruitment partner
* Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to attract candidates
* Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
* Conducting interviews and managing the full recruitment process
* Ensuring compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
* Building long-term, trusted relationships with clients and candidates
