Senior Social Work Practitioner in the First Contact Team
Permanent – Full Time
Location: Lynton House, 255-259 High Rd, Ilford, IG1 1NY

Our First Contact Team is the front door for information, advice, and support to our community, we work in conjunction with the Community Health and Social Care teams and consist of district nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, occupational therapists, mental health workers, learning disability workers. We work in partnership with other health and social care teams such as specialist nursing or children services. This integrated way of working allows us to deliver high-quality person-centred services that meet the needs of the residents. Our services are innovative and rewarding for both clients and the workers
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly experienced individual to step into this key role, who is:
* Comfortable managing high levels of service demands
* Committed to ensuring continued support of adults with care & support needs including their carers
* A very good decision maker
* Experienced in staff supervision
* Able to make decisions at pace
* Resilient
* Thrives in a busy challenging work environment
