Are you a passionate and qualified Systemic Family Therapist looking to make a real impact?
We are excited to invite applications for a Band 7 Systemic Family Therapist to join our thriving Children and Young People's Mental Health Service (CYPMH) in West Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team and help establish the psychodynamic offer within the service, further strengthening our approach to supporting young people and their families.
Main duties of the job
1. Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based systemic interventions for children, young people (0-18) and their families experiencing a range of mental health difficulties.
2. Play a key role in developing and implementing the psychodynamic offer within the service, collaborating with colleagues from various disciplines.
3. Provide support and contribute your expertise to the existing family therapy clinic.
4. Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other professionals.
5. Contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.

10. 2 Years of working within a CYPMH setting or Child Mental Health related field
11. 2 Years' experience of working with Family Therapy in a CYPMH or related Child Mental Health Field setting
